This is a success story: it all started with Fernanda providing me and my partner with invaluable help and counselling on all the different visas available to us, back then we had to make hard choices and ended up with a 2 year post-graduate visa, but it didn't end there, with even more help from Fernanda we've managed to apply for a skill certification from ACS which then allowed us to apply for a 186 Direct Entry PR.

After almost an year that included many e-mails, calls and additional information requests, we are proud Permanent Residents and have to thank Fernanda for all her patience and knowledge that helped us each and every inch of the way.
